yofellas and Blith are Italian artists teaming up to release their new single, “Aftermath”.
“Aftermath” is the second time they have collaborated, and the new single is out now on the highly respected, Airplane! Records.
Grammy nominated, yofellas are a duo known for their hit tracks such as “Lost On You”, and Blith is an emerging talent whose tracks have been gaining support from house music’s elite.
We invited them for this joint interview to learn more about “Aftermath” and their other projects…
Could each of you tell us about your background in music and how you describe your sound?
yofellas: “We don’t really like to define ourselves by one specific sound. Instead, we focus on bringing our own style into every production. From the beginning, we’ve tried not to limit ourselves to just one genre, but to explore and rework different musical influences in our own way.
This approach has helped us along the way, including a nomination at the 57th Grammy Awards with an EDM track, “Falling Out” feat. Danny Losito, and reaching the UK Top 10 with a pop/dance song, “Lost On You.”
Blith: I’ve always had a strong passion for music since I was a child. During my teenage years I played the drums, so I’ve always been part of a world where groove is at the centre of everything. I’ve always enjoyed listening to a wide range of genres, but house music has definitely been the one that attracted me the most. That’s how I naturally started developing my own sound.
How did you first meet yofellas, and at what point did you decide to make some music with them?
Blith: We had known each other for a couple of years without really connecting. Last year, thanks to a series of coincidences, we built a strong friendship that led us to spend a lot of time together in the studio, sharing influences and working on several tracks. It became a mutual learning experience. I really respect yofellas for their style, but above all for their humility and perseverance, which are qualities that feel increasingly rare today.
Your collaborative track “Aftermath” is out on the Airplane! Records! record label run by. How did you first make contact with the label, and how excited are you to be working with them?
yofellas: We’ve known Mauro Ferrucci and Tommy Vee for a while (the owners of the label) and there’s always been a lot of mutual respect. Airplane! Records has such a strong legacy in club music, with timeless records like “Point of View” by DB Boulevard and “Dove” by Moony. They’re bringing a lot of energy into this new phase of the label, the success of “Inside (At Night)” is proof that they’re doing an amazing job. As soon as they heard “Aftermath” and suggested releasing it together, it was easy to say “yes”.
Tell us more about your track “Aftermath” and how it came together in the studio?
Blith: The idea behind the track was to bring back sounds, voices, and atmospheres that could convey what we wanted to express: the heavy feeling of the day after a wild night. Starting from that initial “aaah,” which perfectly captures the thought of “fuck.”
It would be great to know more about the vocals in “Aftermath” and what inspired them?
yofellas: You know when you’re at a party, having fun with your friends, maybe one drink… two… three, and then you lose count? You go to bed, everything’s spinning, wake up with a pounding headache, and promise yourself, “I’ll never drink again!” That feeling… that’s “Aftermath”!
Do you guys have any other collaborative releases coming up, and what’s forthcoming in your solo schedules?
yofellas: After Giselle (released on FRCST Records) and Aftermath, we’ve got a couple of other collaborations ready with our friend Blith, as we really click musically! On the solo side, we’re always in the studio coming up with new ideas, and some of them you’ll hear throughout 2026.
Blith: In the studio, we’ve developed a lot of ideas, some already finished and others still in progress. There will definitely be more collaborative releases in the future. On the solo side, we also have several projects nearly finished, and many new tracks on the way.
