GORDO launched his six-week TARAKA residency at Pacha Ibiza on Tuesday 25th August, packing the club with an electric crowd from doors to close.
The Grammy-nominated producer was joined by Vanjee, Wade, Gustavo Domínguez and Gala, and between them the DJs set the tone for what’s shaping up to be one of the standout late-season residencies on the island. Off the back of global tracks including “Hombres y Mujeres” and “Sideways,” and production work spanning Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind and 2026 album Maid of Honor, GORDO brought big energy and an evidently hungry crowd out on night one as he delivered an electric set that moved through his signature blend of bass heavy house and tech, with plenty of his own classics getting huge reactions. Also found in the DJ booth was Spanish singer-songwriter Bad Gyal.
The opening show marks the first of six consecutive weeks running through to a closing party on 29 September and continues next Tuesday 1 September with Nicole Moudaber, Sacchi, Harvy Valencia and Tony Guerra joining GORDO.
Further guests including Vintage Culture, Patrick Topping, Shimza and HoneyLuv across the coming weeks, before the season closes on 29th September with Roger Sanchez, Gala and Abril Love.
