Set to become the latest entry in Alveda Music’s growing trance catalogue, “Are We Dreaming” finds Josh Dirschka continuing his personal exploration of melody, emotion and electronic energy. The track is positioned as an uplifting trance journey for listeners who are drawn to the genre’s ability to create powerful, euphoric moments through sound.
Based in Australia, Josh Dirschka has built his musical identity around a lifelong appreciation for electronic music in all its forms. His earliest experiences came during the early 2000s, when he explored underground sounds, discovered overlooked records and put together cassette mixes before developing his DJ skills on Technics 1200 turntables.
These beginnings taught him the importance of structure and flow. From the first track to the last, Josh approaches music as a narrative: one that can build anticipation, shift emotions and bring people together through a shared connection to rhythm and melody.
Alongside his production work, Josh has developed an established presence behind the decks. He has played regularly at Sub Rosa nightclub in Fortitude Valley and appeared at events including Tranceformation, the sold-out Tranceclassics Festival, and the sold-out Pulse and Nubreed Events Trance Boat Party.
With “Are We Dreaming,” Josh Dirschka is preparing to share another expression of his passion for trance culture and electronic music. Keep an eye on Alveda Music as the release date approaches.
