Perfect Havoc to host at Ministry of Sound, London
Influential dance label Perfect Havoc will take over room 103 at the iconic Ministry of Sound in its venue debut on November 24th. Alongside Ministry’s in-house Friday night Future which is control of the main room, key label associates will line up in 103 to churn out the tunes with a deep dive into the distinctive Perfect Havoc sound.
Chief amongst them is Alife Cridland, a red-hot UK talent who dropped his ‘Respect’ single on this label in August. His bold tech house and ability to mash up all things electronic, R&B and hip hop, is as impactful as it gets so is perfect for the famous Ministry of Sound Dolby Atmos sound system.
Brand new label signing and talented producer, drummer and vocalist Stephani B also lines-up and will be dropping brand new music with Movada in early November which shows why she has already been tipped for big things by BBC Radio 1. Acclaimed and innovative artist Movada himself is also set to play after his summer bass anthem ‘Closer’ with Croydon rapper BAMY was the third in a quick succession of his tunes to be all over Radio 1 and TikTok.
Label head Adam Griffin who is a masterful A&R and discovered the now three-time Brit Award nominee Joel Corry, will go back-to-back with fellow label A&R, Tim Hughes. Griffin has also produced a body of tracks – both solo and in collaboration with legends like Todd Terry – that now have over 25 million streams and high-profile support from the likes of BBC Radio 1.
Young Northern Irish talent Jack Kelly also stars to serve up his modern and futuristic approach to deep house music that has earned him an impressive 5 million streams globally and fans in EDM giants Nicky Romero and R3HAB who both spun his single ‘Driving’.
Alexis Knox competes the bill in 103 with her party-starting style as heard around the capital at parties like HE.SHE.THEY and as Charli XCX’s tour DJ, and on original productions which have made the Top 3 of the iTunes Charts and been synced on Love Island.
Perfect Havoc will also have a foot in the main room with sets coming from Tobtok – whose recent ‘My Friends’ EP with farfetch’d proved a huge stutter house hit and got plenty of major radio airplay – and PS1, the New Yorker whose debut single ‘Fake Friends’ was a global hit, and who holds key residencies across the Big Apple as well as at Hakkasan in Las Vegas. They appear alongside Future headliners and house heroes Benny Benassi and Offiah.
Perfect Havoc is a major tastemaker in the dance music world. It’s held pop-ups all over the London, in San Francisco, Stockholm, Bergen and Paris, in Ibiza as a co-residencies with WNDRLND at Eden, and at the Amsterdam Dance Event where it roadblocked club Maïa only last year. The label was shortlisted for Best Independent Record Label at the 2023 Music Week Awards and has since continued to lead from the front with plenty of big crossover but club-focused sounds, adding to its six UK Top 20 singles and 10 billion global streams.
Tickets for this special Perfect Havoc takeover at Ministry are now on sale and available from £15 (+ bf) from www.ministryofsound.com.
