Aytiwan: From Black Coffee Support to Global Stages

Aytiwan continues to gain recognition within the world of Electronic Music. With attention from some of the genre’s most renowned names, extending his reach across the global circuit, his music is earning him a place amongst Electronic Music’s high-profile spaces. Crafting a sound grounded in the emotive side of Afro House and Afro Tech, he continues to build his presence as both a DJ and Producer, while also shaping his wider creative direction as the founder of Afro House label, Afrosteria: riding a wave of momentum, promise, and rising status, his profile is building with every release and each live performance.

Having rapidly gained traction, Aytiwan’s journey to date is a credit to his commitment, creative outlook, and development; in just three short years, his path has taken him from his home country of Belgium to performances across top festival stages and support from an impressive collection of VIP names. A particular milestone came with Black Coffee’s acknowledgement of Kususa’s remix of ‘Iphathi’, Aytiwan’s collaboration with Idd Aziz. Black Coffee played the track during his set at Madison Square Garden, backed by a 12-piece orchestra, and has since continued to support Aytiwan’s music. Now a regular fixture in Black Coffee’s sets, with further support coming from the likes of Roger Sanchez, BLOND:ISH, Shimza, MoBlack, and Francis Mercier, Aytiwan’s catalogue continues to draw attention.

Throughout 2026 alone, Aytiwan’s trajectory has quickly expanded. With a consistent release schedule, his music continues to land Beatport chart placements, garner editorial playlist positions, and receive support on major stages, including Tomorrowland 2026, where Capoon and Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano highlighted his February release, ‘Selebuka’. This momentum carries Aytiwan’s name forward, reflecting a project steadily extending its reach, with each release adding further weight to his growing presence within the global Afro House and Afro Tech landscape.

For Aytiwan himself, experiences like playing Tomorrowland and Eden Ibiza, alongside a consistent performance schedule across Europe and a monthly residency on Belgian national radio station Tipik, continue to strengthen his profile as both a DJ and Producer. As he shapes his identity around a sound that prioritises deep grooves and emotive nuance, Aytiwan sharpens a sophisticated, considered approach, channelling dancefloor dynamics into productions that carry both depth and sonic weight. Through his studio work, he maintains a varied output; from collaborating with a diverse range of creatives, including Producers and Vocalists, to offering both remixes and original material, his catalogue reflects a versatile creative direction.

Now, as he looks ahead to more releases on the horizon, a continued presence across the live circuit, and an evolving vision for his label, Afrosteria, Aytiwan solidifies himself as a compelling force. So, be sure to keep watch of this rising Producer and DJ by following his journey –  staying up to date with him across social media today.
