Ry Hill Begins Debut Album Rollout with ‘Lost In My Sentiments’
Ry Hill has officially begun the rollout of his debut album, Death by Distraction, with “Lost In My Sentiments.” Drawing inspiration from Bob Moses, Hayden James, and Crooked Colours, Hill utilizes his own voice and guitar playing abilities on the new single. “Lost In My Sentiments” arrives fresh on the heels of Hill’s June-released collaborative single, “Is This Real,” performed alongside TikTok’s CAMERON (Cameron Solberg). Ry Hill Bio
Los Angeles-bred, Brooklyn-based producer/DJ Ry Hill, born Cameron DeFaria, first started
gaining traction in 2016 by uploading remixes to SoundCloud. Since then, the 25-year old
musician has become a reputable electronic tastemaker in LA’s thriving club scene. Having
earned co-signs from renowned music publications Dancing Astronaut, Acid Stag, We Rave You,
Early Rising, and FUXWITHIT, among others, Hill’s infectious “indie house” sound is continually
hooking in listeners and expanding his global audience.
In February 2023, Hill issued his first-ever label backed single, “Ascension,” via Ibiza imprint Haustronaut Recordings. Newly added to the impressive roster of FRNDS MGMT (Alison Wonderland, Crooked Colours), Hill plans to begin the rollout leading up to his debut album, Death By Distraction, on July 21st, with “Lost In My Sentiments”.
