Finland’s much anticipated Weekend Festival leads from the front on August 2 and 3, 2024 with the announcement of the underground focussed CNNCT x Taco Bell Stage. The unique stage promises to be an unmissable hub of forward thinking sounds from key tastemakers such as Space 92, Juliet Fox, Wade, Miss Monique, Miane, Jay De Lys, Rebūke and many more.
Weekend Festival returns to Espoo’s Vermo Arena on with the likes of Timmy Trumpet, Ann Clue, Boris Brejcha, Da Tweekaz, Darude, Deniz Bul, Kanine, Moritz Hofbauer, Showtek, Sub Zero Project, Tungevaag, Vibe Chemistry, and Will Sparks. Additionally, the festival promises even more star power with appearances by Alan Walker, Tiësto, Wade, Miane, Coone, and Dion Visse.
The introduction of CNNCT Festival to Weekend Festival back in 2023 was met with overwhelming success which is what has led to the establishment of its very own stage in 2024. Set amidst industrial shipping containers that offer a throwback rave atmosphere, the intimate CNNCT Stage is tailored for serious house and techno lovers and will transport them to a vibrant world of unmissable sounds.
Friday’s lineup at the CNNCT x Taco Bell Stage boasts an impressive array of tech house talents such as Spanish sensation Wade, Croatian maestro Matroda, Dutch talent Rose Ringed, Ibizan favourite Miane, and Argentinian virtuoso Jay De Lys. Saturday promises cutting edge techno from Ukrainian phenomenon Miss Monique and the powerhouse that is Rebūke, fresh off a stellar Coachella performance. Joining them are German visual and cinematic performer Chris Avantgarde, French techno luminary Space 92, Australian sensation Juliet Fox, and Dutch heavyweight Dion Visser. Additionally, celebrating a remarkable 32-year career, Scandinavian DJ icon Orkidea will grace the stage alongside rising star Atro and a special b2b set by Helsinki-based producers Heikki L and Markson.
With an eclectic lineup featuring both international stars and hot local talents, the CNNCT x Taco Bell Stage guarantees to add an extra dimension to the already unmissable Weekend Festival 2024.
