Riton teams up with Barbados vocalist RoRo & DJ Ian Asher for pumping club-ready single ‘Shake Shake’

As one of the UK’s most electrifying dance producers, all eyes are on DJ and producer Riton, as he teams up with acclaimed UK/Barbados-based vocalist RoRo and rising DJ and producer Ian Asher, on their forthcoming banger ‘Shake Shake’ set for release on 21st June. 

As the man behind global hits, ​​‘Friday’ & ‘Rinse & Repeat’, Riton does not compromise on this latest heater. With help from RoRo’s energising vocals and Ian Asher’s addicting  production, ‘Shake Shake’ encapsulates a vibrant club dance floor and a night full of great memories. The 2-minute release sees RoRo’s flow perfectly slot atop a building, pumping drum pattern and catchy, high-energy keys. 

Best known for his hugely successful GRAMMY-nominated hit ‘Rinse & Repeat’, Riton’s diverse and lauded work as a producer has set a precedent for his expanding stardom. Having previously teamed up with Nigerian vocalist Kah-Lo on a range of fan-favourite hits, including ‘Fake ID’, ‘Up & Down’ and ‘Ginger’ – anthems that received a wealth of radio support from Annie Mac at BBC Radio 1. Riton was also one of the producers on the Dua Lipa and Silk City single ‘Electricity’, a smash that went on to win the Grammy for ‘Best Dance Recording’ last year.

Riton’s collaborators on ‘Shake Shake’ also boast a collection of impressive accolades. Bajan vocalist RoRo’s collaboration with Hannah Laing saw the pair in the Top 10 of the UK Charts for 5 weeks (Top 40 for 15 weeks), with one of 2023’s biggest dance tracks ‘Good Love’. Ian Asher rose to recognition with his addicting remixes and his high impact production, amassing almost 7M followers on TikTok and 1.3M followers on Instagram. He is playing over 120 shows globally this year – including a residency at XS, Las Vegas. The trio on ‘Shake Shake’ have almost 20M monthly listeners on Spotify collectively.
